Exceptionally balanced beers with personality.
A hazy, deep golden farmhouse style ale with a floral nose, flavors of wheat and white pepper and a smooth dry finish. French hops, and a blend of domestic and European malts combine in this characteristic country ale with expressive yeast and complex hop flavor and aroma. Available year-round.
Gold Medal Winner - 2012 Great American Beer Festival, Denver, CO - Coffee Beer
A coffee-beer, rather than a beer with coffee. A robust porter aged on fresh locally roasted, fair trade ground coffee. Enhanced flavors of chocolate, roasted malt, and of course coffee are present. "Like a chocolate covered espresso bean."
The X stands for “extra.” A low alcohol, highly hopped, full-bodied pale ale. Extra light, extra hoppy. Bright citrusy, piney, and fruity hop aromas lead to an assertive hop flavor, balanced by subtle biscuit-like malt flavors and a firm bitterness.
A medium bodied American amber ale that balances a solid hop profile with a light caramel and toasty malt character. A prominent nose of bright citrus, pine, some caramel sweetness, biscuits, and light toasty malt. The sweet caramel and honey-like malt flavors complement the delicate fruitiness from the hops. The finish is toasty, subtly grassy, yet very balanced.
This golden-hued ale flaunts the exceptional flavor and aroma of west coast hops with notes of orange, citrus peel, tropical fruit, guava and floral honey. The lightly toasted caramel malt balances the resinous hop flavors and firm, yet balanced bitterness that make this beer a full bodied hop lovers' paradise.
19 months in Viognier, Chardonnay, and Zinfindel barrels made of French, American, and Hungarian oak respectively, then blended with a lacto fermented Saison, then cold conditioned and gently carbonated. A hazy, deep golden Belgian Blonde ale with a wine like aroma and flavours of chardonnay, peach, apricot, vanilla, and oak. A hint of funk with moderate acidity and a touch of tannin.
A limited release, barrel-aged, sour red rye, as tasted at the Stone Sour Festival.
