CUT THE TIE THIS FATHER'S DAY
Sunday, June 21st
Cut the tie, cut the tab. This Sunday, bring in a necktie to any of our four taprooms, let us slice it in half, and we’ll knock half off of your first beer. It’s our way to celebrate the dads who have earned more than just socks and a handshake, but a cold one, a clean break, and a moment to just be. One day only, one tie per person, unlimited dad jokes welcomed (and expected).
We wanted to carve out a little space to showcase the man behind the best new menu in Long Beach, who has really taken Smog City to new "Heights": Chef Jeff Lustre.
Including a decade of experience in James Beard and Michelin-level restaurants, Chef Jeff heralds from Space X as Lead Chef, Chef de Cuisine at Pacifique and Michaels in Long Beach, and Executive Chef at Demitasse.
Well-versed in French, Italian, Spanish, and Southeast Asian cuisine, Chef brings these inspirations to our elevated food at Smog City Heights. Come taste for yourself Tuesdays through Sundays!

"NAME THAT BEER" BRACKET TOURNAMENT
Sunday, March 1st–Monday, April 6th
We invite our guests to submit their most fun and creative names for a future pilot brew by March 15th aka Selection Sunday. The top 8 names from each taproom will then go head-to-head in a bracket-style tournament, with winners voted on by guests to see who advances to the next round, with a champion being crowned on Monday, April 6th.
Meet the Claremont Craft Ales Brewmaster
Friday, February 27th | 5:30–7:30pm
Claremont Craft Ales owner and brewmaster Simon Brown will be in the house to meet with our customers, discuss the CCA residency at our Heights taproom, share the passion behind Claremont’s approach to brewing, and to raise a glass and celebrate great beer with our local community.
It’s rare enough to get fresh pours of Claremont Craft Ales on this side of Los Angeles County, let alone meet the man who made it all happen and who we are lucky enough to call a dear friend, so we are beyond excited to welcome him to our newest Smog City outpost.
