Infinite Wishes returns with a mole-inspired twist. After a year resting in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, this imperial stout was layered with toasted nuts, sesame seed, Mexican chilies, and a blend of warm spices alongside deep cocoa. Ancho, guajillo, and mulato chilies bring a gentle earthy heat that weaves into notes of dark chocolate, caramelized sugar, and vanilla from the barrel. The result is rich and complex but balanced, finishing with a subtle warmth rather than syrupy sweetness. A bold stout with the spirit of mole running through it.
